Tired of PT That Doesn't Work for Athletes?
You've tried rest, ice, and stretching—but the pain keeps coming back. Traditional PT feels slow, generic, and doesn't understand the demands of your training. You need a plan that gets you back to performing at your peak.
Recovery Takes Too Long
Slow rehab timelines and cookie-cutter treatment plans keep you on the sidelines longer than necessary.
Your Therapist Doesn't Get It
Generic PT clinics don't understand athletic movement patterns or the intensity you bring to your sport.
You're Stuck in the System
Insurance-driven care means rushed appointments, assembly-line treatment, and plans that don't match your goals.

This Isn't a Clinic—It's a Performance Lab
Movement Lab is where active adults and athletes get 1-on-1 physical therapy in a facility built for performance. We use turf, sleds, barbells, and real athletic tools to get you back to full throttle—not just "feeling okay."
✓ Train in a facility designed for athletes, not a medical office
✓ Work 1-on-1 with therapists who understand your sport and lifestyle
✓ Get personalized care that treats the root cause, not just symptoms
"After trying several other cookie cutter PT places over the past 6 years with no progress in my physical healing journey, I was recommended to try Movement Lab. Dr Ryan gave me more knowledge and hope in my initial eval than all of my previous PT attempts combined. Fast forward six months and I finally feel my strength returning and have hope of a normal life."

Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions about physical therapy in Las Vegas? We've got answers.
What types of injuries do you treat?
We specialize in treating sport-related injuries including ACL tears, shoulder pain, knee injuries, ankle sprains, back pain, and chronic issues that keep athletes sidelined. Our focus is on active adults and athletes who need performance-driven rehab.
How is Movement Lab different from traditional physical therapy?
Movement Lab is built for athletes. We offer 1-on-1 care in a performance facility with turf, sleds, and weights—not treatment tables. Every session is personalized, and we focus on getting you back to your sport stronger and more resilient than before.
Do I need a referral to get started?
In most cases, no. Nevada allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can schedule your evaluation without seeing a doctor first. We'll assess your condition and create a personalized treatment plan right away.
How long are your sessions?
Every session is 1-on-1 and typically lasts 45-60 minutes. You'll have the therapist's full attention so we can focus entirely on your recovery, movement quality, and performance goals.
What should I expect during my first visit?
Your first visit includes a comprehensive evaluation where we assess your injury, movement patterns, and goals. We'll discuss your training history, identify what's holding you back, and create a personalized plan to get you back to peak performance.
Can you help me stay active while I'm recovering?
Absolutely. We specialize in keeping athletes active during recovery. We'll modify your training to work around your injury, build strength in other areas, and create a plan that keeps you moving without setbacks.
