Expert Physical Therapists in Las Vegas, NV
Built by Athletes, for Athletes
We see too many athletes stuck in a system that doesn’t match their lifestyle or goals. So we built something different. A space where performance comes first, 1-on-1 care is standard, and every plan is designed to get you back stronger and feeling better than ever.

Our Mission
We exist to give active adults and athletes the performance-focused care they deserve. No cookie-cutter programs. No rushed appointments. Just personalized rehab built around your sport, your goals, and your lifestyle.
Performance-First Care
Every treatment plan is designed to get you back to your sport stronger, faster, and more resilient. We don't just treat pain. We build athletes.
1-on-1 Attention
You're not a number. Every session is focused entirely on you, your body, and your goals. No distractions. No assembly line rehab. Just results.
Built for Athletes
Our facility uses turf, sleds, weights, and real athletic tools. If you train hard, you deserve a space that matches your intensity and respects your grind.
Our team
Movement Lab is led by performance-focused professionals who understand what it takes to train, compete, and recover like an athlete. We've been in your shoes, and we're here to guide you back to peak performance.

With nearly two decades of experience helping athletes and active adults recover, perform, and thrive, Dr. Mike Russell has built his career around one mission — help people move well to keep moving. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Mike has worked with everyone from professional athletes to weekend warriors chasing their next PR. His approach bridges cutting-edge rehabilitation with performance science, blending hands-on expertise and advanced modalities to help patients move better, recover faster, and stay in the game longer.

I have a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, and specialize in working with active adults and athletes of all varieties. I have been an athlete my entire life and have a good understanding of the demands we put on our bodies to improve and maintain athletic performance. I wish to share my knowledge and experiences to help empower those around me and provide the best possible care here in the Las Vegas Valley.
I received my undergraduate education from Southern Utah University with a degree in exercise science and nutrition. I then graduated from Touro University of Nevada with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. I have nearly a decade of training and coaching experience which I use to improve the outcomes of all clients I come in contact with. Outside of work, my hobbies include powerlifting, traveling to all the national parks, camping every chance I get, and anything else that gets me outdoors.
