Tired of Knee Pain That Won't Go Away?

Traditional PT wasn't built for athletes like you. If you're stuck in the same cycle of pain, frustration, and slow progress, it's time for a different approach.

Your PT Doesn't Get Athletes

Generic rehab plans don't address the demands of your sport. You need someone who understands what it takes to return to running, jumping, and high-intensity training.

 You're Stuck on the Sidelines

Every week you wait is another week away from your sport. Slow recovery timelines and cookie-cutter exercises keep you from getting back to full speed.

 The Pain Keeps Coming Back

Rest, ice, and stretching give you temporary relief, but the pain always returns. You need a plan that addresses the root cause, not just the symptoms.

"After trying several other cookie cutter PT places over the past 6 years with no progress in my physical healing journey, I was recommended to try Movement Lab. Dr Ryan gave me more knowledge and hope in my initial eval than all of my previous PT attempts combined. Fast forward six months and I finally feel my strength returning and have hope of a normal life."

What Our Patients Are Saying

Real results from real people who train hard and refuse to settle.

"One word to explain this place. Dynamic! After my car accident, I was banged up pretty good. Dr. Ryan and Charlie are an amazing team. Their professionalism and passion for their clients is priceless. Being in a car accident, I feared not being able to play softball, go hiking, or cycling again, but the movement lab has me on the right path to reaching those goals again."

James Parrish

"This the most awesome Physical Therapy place I have ever been to. I started coming here after an auto accident, with hardly any movement on my left arm to my hand. Dr. Ryan really cares and works to get you feeling better while assigning exercises and incorporating fitness to get you stronger going forward."

Melody Grisack

"After ankle surgery, the folks at MVMT Lab came highly recommended by a friend. Even though my surgeon referred me to another Physical Therapy Office for post op recovery, I chose MVMT Lab instead. I am so grateful I did! Healthy environment. Amazing staff. Friendly and Fun, but also professional and focused on getting me back 100%."
