Back Pain Physical Therapy in Las Vegas, NV
Get back to your sport without relying on rest, stretching, or hoping the pain goes away. 1-on-1 performance therapy built for runners, CrossFitters, first responders, and athletes who refuse to let back pain control their training.

You Deserve Better Than Generic Back Pain Treatment
Traditional physical therapy wasn't built for athletes. It's slow, reactive, and treats everyone the same. But your back pain isn't like everyone else's—and your recovery plan shouldn't be either.
You're Tired of Waiting
Rest and stretching aren't working. You need a plan that addresses the root cause, not just the symptoms, so you can get back to training fast.
Your PT Doesn't Get Athletes
Traditional therapists don't understand the demands of your sport or training style. You need someone who speaks your language and knows what it takes to compete.
You're Stuck in the System
nsurance-driven care means rushed appointments and cookie-cutter treatment plans. You deserve personalized attention that matches your goals.

Why Movement Lab Is Different
Movement Lab isn't your typical PT clinic. We're a performance facility built for athletes who train hard and demand more from their rehab. Here's what sets us apart when treating back pain.
✓ We treat the root cause of your back pain, not just the symptoms, using functional movement assessments and performance-based rehab
✓ Train in a facility with turf, sleds, and barbells—this isn't a clinic, it's a performance lab designed for athletes
✓ Work 1-on-1 with therapists who understand your sport, your goals, and what it takes to return to competition stronger than before
"Dr. Stabler and the staff at Movement Lab helped me get my life back! I was dealing with severe back pain for about 2 years until I started going to them. Right from the moment I walked in, I could tell this clinic was different. Dr. Stabler really took the time to assess my injury and I didn't feel rushed at all. Within a few weeks, my pain started going away and after a few months, I was able to go back to competing in my sport."
